New fountain added at entryway, lined by Elephant ears, my favorite tropical plant. We are also growing a climbing fig plant so it covers these walls, hope to put a bench under the window some day and cover the cement walkway with some attractive pavers.

The kitchen need a royal facelift, last touched in 1966! In this photo above you can also see the new flooring we put in all the public area and hallways."Before"

2nd Master bedroom received a facelift with new carpeting, new paint, curtain rods, new fan and light. The hardest part in this room was sanding down the closet which was a mess and painting. Still awaiting new base boards.More photos to come, need a digital camera first! Thanks Sam for taking these images for us.
